PRIVACY POLICY JamTraxx Media is aware and very respectful of the privacy concerns of visitors to its Site. As a general policy, no personal information is automatically collected from visitors to the Site. However, certain nonpersonal information is recorded by the standard operation of JamTraxx Media's Internet servers, and any personal information voluntarily submitted by visitors is collected. This information is primarily used to provide an enhanced online experience for the visitor. Any action you bring to enforce this Agreement or any matters related to this Site shall be brought in either the State or Federal Courts located in Cook County, Illinois. If any provision of this Agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
